Warranty Period: The standard warranty coverage is 12 months from the date of invoice unless a different period is explicitly specified on the invoice or as part of a promotional offer.
Scope of Coverage: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects only. It does not extend to consequential damages, loss of vehicle use, or accidental loss.
Vehicle Identification: Coverage applies solely to products mounted on the specific vehicle listed on the original sales invoice at the time of purchase.
Claims Process: The original sales invoice must be presented for any claim. Claims will only be settled once all outstanding payments or invoices owed by the customer are fully cleared.
Management & Inspection: The company reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and the product to validate any claim. Management decisions regarding the acceptance of a defect are final. Note that returns, exchanges, and management approvals cannot be processed on Fridays.
Tire Warranty Policy
Coverage Specifics
-
Lifespan Definition: A tire’s lifespan is considered ended when the tread depth reaches the Tread Wear Indicator (TWI) level. No warranty service or adjustment will be provided for tires that have reached this limit.
-
Vibration Claims: Any complaints regarding tire vibration must be reported within 10 days of purchase. Reports submitted after this period will incur a service fee and are not eligible for replacement.
Settlement & Compensation
-
Pro-Rated Adjustment: If a tire is found to have a manufacturing defect, the settlement will be calculated based on the remaining tread life. The customer is responsible for paying the equivalent value of the tread used prior to the claim.
-
Replacement Value: The settlement value will not exceed the net price of the defective tire or the price of a comparable new tire (same size/compatibility) as per the prevailing price list.
-
Old Tire Disposal: Customers are required to collect their old tires upon exchange. The company assumes no responsibility for storing old or replaced tires.
Exclusions
The limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
-
External Causes: Road hazards including punctures, cuts, impact breaks, bruises, potholes, and curb damage.
-
Improper Use: Overloading, under-inflation, over-inflation, or using tires for racing and competition.
-
Vehicle Issues: Mechanical irregularities such as wheel imbalance, misalignment, or suspension issues resulting in uneven wear.
-
Application Errors: Using tire sizes, valves, or rims not recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, or mounting tires on heavy-duty vehicles that exceed the sidewall load/speed index.
-
Other: Fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, or damage caused during installation/removal by third parties.
Battery Warranty Policy
Coverage Specifics
-
Validity: Batteries are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months (or as specified). Replacing a battery under warranty does not extend the original warranty term; the total coverage remains limited to the original date of sale.
-
Validation Requirements: To process a claim, the vehicle must be brought to the service center to inspect the charging system (alternator). The battery must have the "Serial Number" warranty sticker intact.
Replacement Terms
-
Ownership: Any defective battery replaced under the "Free Replacement" policy becomes the property of the company. No discount or credit will be granted for the returned unit.
-
Availability: The company reserves the right to replace a defective battery with an alternative brand of equal value if the original brand is unavailable.
Exclusions
The warranty is voided under the following conditions:
-
Indicator Status: The battery indicator (magic eye) is white.
-
Rechargeable Status: The battery is merely depleted/discharged and can be restored to service by recharging.
-
Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by loose terminals, negligence, casing breakage, explosion, or addition of any unauthorized fluids/chemicals.
-
Vehicle Faults: Failure due to a faulty alternator or electrical system.
-
Commercial Use: Batteries installed in taxis or delivery trucks are excluded from warranty coverage.
Glass Warranty Policy
-
Coverage Scope: Warranty is strictly limited to air and water leakage issues following installation.
-
Liability: The company is not responsible for glass breakage or damage once the vehicle leaves the company premises.
-
Return Period: Returns or exchanges for glass products are not accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
-
Purchase Options:
-
Glass Without Fitment Service: Vehicle glass purchased without installation service is eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the glass remains unused and in its original condition.
-
Glass With Fitment Service: For customers who purchase vehicle glass with installation service (fitted on the vehicle), returns are not accepted. However, in the event that incorrect glass was fitted on the vehicle, an exchange may be processed to replace it with the correct specification at no additional charge.
